Our Company:
Keyrenter Chattanooga is growing quickly and looking for a key team member! Our locally owned office takes care of homes and rental properties throughout the city. We’re looking for a great candidate who can help take care of homes, prep properties, do light maintenance, and interact with customers.
You’ll get the opportunity to work directly with the owner and learn the ins and outs of the business. Every day is different and you’re constantly being challenged. It’s a great chance to not be stuck in an office or on Zoom all day. Our culture is fun and fast paced. The schedule is fairly flexible. Part time role that will grow into full time. Lots of room for growth to get into other positions in operations or sales within our office.

Responsibilities:
Prepare properties to be rent ready
Facilitate inspections during moves
Change lightbulbs, locks, etc
Taking photos and notes of homes
Coordinate showings with potential renters
Help with marketing, writing property descriptions, posting openings
Using Asana project management tool
Coordinating vendors and work orders
Qualifications:
Drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to work from home
