Local Property Management company seeking part time - full time maintenance technician/handyman. The right person will be self-motivated, have their own tools, have their own reliable transportation, be able to pass a background screening and a drug screening. This person should be able to perform a variety of tasks and accurately complete them in a timely manner. Skills that should be possessed are as follows but necessarily limited tominor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, sheet rock work, carpentry, and flooring.
