Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. The position is for a length of 3 months with the change of it becoming long term. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. You must be willing to work from a home office.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
- 2-3 years bookkeeping experience using Quickbooks Online
- Excel spreadsheets
- Bank account reconciliation
- Client monthly invoicing
- Account receivable tracking
