Position Description:Position Summary:The Sales Manager, Food Service and On Premise (FSOP) will have full responsibility for driving market execution in all FSOP accounts in applicable facilities and territories. This position is responsible for the execution of sales priorities and initiatives of new business. The Sales Manager is responsible for the execution and fulfillment of all plans provided by the Commercial and Price Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) teams.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Responsible for creating and implementing a growth strategy to deliver the company business plan through management of all customers within Food Service and On Premise customers, alternative route to market delivered customers and vending.

Leads the total beverage portfolio execution in assigned territory and all priority channels.

Creates and implements a growth strategy to deliver annual business plan.

Identifies and develops talent through a robust development plan which includes emphasis on the company values and culture.

Responsible for strategic relationships with FSOP customers within territory.

Accountable for market compliance with marketing agreements, contracts and monthly commercial priorities.

Provides feedback to the national customer teams through collaboration with the FSOP Director.

Executes multi-year beverage partnership agreements through negotiating with customers.

Drives collaboration between Supply Chain and Field Sales execution including sales and delivery route planning.

Serves as key enabler for Supply Chain initiatives through communication with the FSOP Director and facility General Manager.

Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree

5 plus years of sales leadership experience

Previous experience leading others

Proven track record for delivering sustainable results

Experience developing a high-performing team through proactive performance and development management

Excellent collaboration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

MBA

Five plus years of sales leadership experience in the consumer goods or beverage industry.
