This position is for a full-time Clinical Supervisor.
The full-time Clinical Supervisor shares responsibility for overseeing the clinical supervision of all workshop programs, as well as being a primary point of clinical contact for contracted group leaders.
Qualifications:
Education: Masterâs Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
Licensure: Licensed in Tennessee, or able to obtain TN licensure within one year of hire
Skills and Proficiencies:
⢠Three years of administrative supervisory experience
⢠Five years of experience providing trauma-informed care
⢠Knowledge of and experience using Experiential and Psychodramatic therapeutic modalities
⢠Excellent communication skills, oral and written
⢠Self-motivated, organized, problem-solver, creative, leader
⢠Practices ethical conduct at least consistent with professional standards in TN
⢠Program development, data and performance management experience
⢠Belief in a strengths-based approach to human services
⢠Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals
⢠Philosophy consistent with Onsite culture
