CLK Multi Family Management, a well-established real estate company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a property located in Clarksville. The Maintenance Supervisor works in junction with the property manager on day to day maintenance activities with make-ready units and other maintenance projects. Responsibilities include: coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities also include: maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems, as well as, responsible for ensuring the safety of the property, employees, residents, visitors and staff with daily observations and preventative maintenance programs of the property. Candidates should have problem solving skills, communication skills and excellent time management skills to coordinate employees, task and projects for the property to meet its overall operational goals.
