Freeman Webb is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a full time position at Summertrees Apartments in Clarksville, TN. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintenance of the site including the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements and refurbishment of apartments. The ideal candidate must be a positive individual with good communication skills and have the desire to develop and maintain good resident relations.
Organizational skills are a must as well as basic computer knowledge.
5 years experience in Apartment Maintenance
Extensive HVAC and plumbing knowledge
Experience with electrical and some carpentry
On-Call availability for weekends
