Attend community events for Recruiting

Oversee Asst Mgr, Lead, Event Leader, and Design Team
Handle Call out
Effectively communicate with Owner regarding Employees and Customers issues
Assisting Salon Manager with the daily operations of the salon
Leading training and development of new stylists
Ability to work 32+ hours weekly with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Our successful Manager average $20-$30 an hour.
$15.00 guaranteed hourly + productivity + product commission + TIPS = GREAT money!

Requirements:
Hair stylist and management experience is a plus.
Ideally looking for full time and Part-time positions prefer managerial experience or willing to learn becoming a manager.
