You must be a licensed hair stylist and duties will include:
Assisting Salon Manager with the daily operations of the salon
Leading training and development of new stylists
Ability to work 32+ hours weekly with a flexible schedule including weekends.
State of the art training programs and on-going trend training helps you achieve your best.
Great Clips is a hair cut and styling only concept. No colors or other chemical services.
Our successful Assistant Manager / Stylists average $20-$30 an hour.
$10.75 guaranteed hourly + productivity + product commission + TIPS = GREAT money!

Job responsibility
Greet customer
Make sure customer data available in the system
Take care of the customer to cut the hair
Introduce hair product
Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends
Help maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
Collect payments for salon services performed
Assist Manager and take assistant manager role
Maintain scheduling and call out

Requirements:
Hair stylist experience is a plus but not required.
Ideally looking for full time and Part-time positions prefer managerial experience or willing to learn becoming a manager.
Pay dependent on job experience
