Job Duties:
Enter, track, and manage claims using Customer Relationship Management software.
Provide superior customer service via phone and email.
Communicate claims process to customers.
Build rapport with our agent and lot staff and our vendor agent network.
Run reports and complete monthly reports for clients.
Analyze trends for client and vendor claims and report findings to internal team members to create resolutions.
Prepare for and participate in weekly claims meetings.
