Manage QA teams of internal employees and contractors across multiple projects.
Quality assurance experience in Property and Casualty Insurance industry is mandatory.
Strong leadership and ability to prioritize team’s assignments and work projects
Set targets to improve efficiency and quality of QA deliverables.
Provide necessary guidance, direction, and motivation to help team exceed expectations of internal customers.
