This position is a member of the Corporate Marketing Team reporting to the Marketing Support Manager. Primary responsibilities include management and coordination of all label and packaging artwork development and managing the Stratas website. This position will also be the main point of contact for providing product information and images to updating Global Data Synchronization data pools. The Marketing Coordinator will also set up goals to measure and analyze Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook analytics to help shape marketing campaigns. Also, completion of additional assignments, tasks, and/or projects as needed to support the Stratas team efforts.

Business Acumen – Understand all relevant tasks associated with job responsibilities to ensure profit targets are met and all related parties are on track to accomplish business goals and deadlines.
Graphic Design – Have good understanding of die lines and requirements to be able to guide and direct customers with Stratas label capabilities.
Physical: This position has limited physical activity requirements – primarily sitting, and walking to the copy room and throughout the building to interact with other departments.Sensory: This position requires the use primarily of visual, hearing and speaking senses. Visual activities include the ability to read computer generated reports and customer documentation, and to utilize a computer system. Hearing and speaking is required to work with other department colleagues as well as with parent company colleagues to research issues and learn job functions. Touching is only required to be able to handle reports and complete necessary filing activities.Mental/Reasoning: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills with strong discipline and work ethic. Dependable. Ability to multi task and work under pressure while managing obstacles such as time constraints and prioritize work load appropriately. Must work well with others under little supervision.
