We currently have an exciting 6+ month, long term contract opportunity as a Recruiter for a top fortune 500 company in Cordova TN.Title: Recruiter (life sciences; medical devices).Duration: 6+ months (high likelihood of extension)Location: Cordova TNEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting sales folks in the med device industry

Seeking a Senior-Level Recruiter to assist in building relationships with professionals within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Biotech space.

Fostering potential candidates for existing open positions, along with relationship building for future considerations.

Facilitate the hiring process, which will include coordinating interviews and screening candidates

Guide candidates through the hiring process

Maintain direct communication with candidates and team members during the recruiting process

Resolve candidate issues

Qualify potential candidates consistent with company policies and practices

Ensure completion of all necessary new hire documentation

Assist candidates with resume development and follow corporate resume formats

Maintain and build candidate database

Generate leads and communicate business development opportunities to the team

Ensure proper notation within the company’s CRM for accurate follow-up and organization

Develop, promote and execute complex talent acquisition strategies focused on attracting top talent to support our overarching company goals

Partner with hiring managers to understand the business objectives for the team, and create an appropriate hiring strategy to address their needs; understand and communicate the unique value propositions of each position, and evaluate for key qualities necessary for success in candidates

Invest in understanding our strategic objectives, technical challenges, and complexities of our unique company positioning and industry; stay up to date on our thought leadership stance & product innovations, and translate them to company talent needs

Become an expert in selling the company story, the exciting challenges our engineers get to tackle every day, and an unbeatable culture

Collaborate and effectively utilize the talent pipelining and events team to identify candidates for your roles

Maintain communications and correspondence with candidates, ensuring all candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience throughout the process

Fully immerse yourself in the technology, our company history, mission and vision

Actively network internally to solicit referrals and maintain engagement

Use your knowledge of the needs of the business to create relevant interviewing criteria ; build interview kits for effective evaluation to be used by all interviewers for each role

Champion for and ideate inclusion efforts to grow a diverse culture that respects differences

Participate in & present company-wide interview trainings

Advocate for and contribute to company cultural integrity for the future

Other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Requires 7+ years of full cycle Life Science Recruiting Experience.

Develop/Execute Recruiting Strategy for each open position

Minimum 3 years’ experience in light industrial and/or commercial, full-cycle recruiting

Requires experience in life sciences recruitment

Managed and recruited on requisitions within biopharmaceutical industry

Filled positions research positions related to Biology, Chemistry, Quality Assurance,

Typically requires a minimum of six years of related experience and/or combination of experience and education/training.

Experience in full cycle recruitment specifically for Biology, Chemistry and Quality Assurance based positions.

Organizes and prioritizes numerous tasks and completes them under time constraints.

Frequently applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization.

Applies strong analytical and business communication skills

Outstanding record of academic achievement

Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

Ability to build consultative relationships with people at all levels in an organization

Process-oriented with a reasonable comfort with ambiguity

Ability to move fast, think on your feet, and be creative in a rapidly evolving industry

Ability to manage large workload effectively & competing priorities

Analytical and structured approach to candidate identification and interviewing, & interest in creative assessment strategies

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback

Motivated by the opportunity to change and evolve an industry

Excited by the opportunity to disrupt the Talent Acquisition function with a creative, and strategic approach to workforce planning, finding, evaluating, and hiring talent

Education / Experience:

4-year college degree preferred

5-10 years of Recruiting Experience (Preferably in the Life Science Industry)
