If you have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn, along with the correct skills and qualifications, we would love to have you join our team.In this role, you will act as a primary resource for product and agent service support for field sales and/or customer teams. Possesses knowledge all Aetna health products available to the senior market. Gives guidance with sales inquiries Manages various software applications while taking calls when needed and documents processes effectively Cultivates positive and successful relationship with field sales force/broker/consultant community/customer teams Navigates and instructs the customer on how to use agent support website Completes sales orders and requests for materials Trains and mentors other employees if needed Manages other support projects for team as needed Assist Supervisor and Manager with providing support to the teamRequired Qualifications1-3+ years customer service, call center environment; RequiredMicrosoft Office (Excel and Outlook) computer skillsCandidates in TN will report into the office but open to remote work outside of TNCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
