Our primary objective is to support the legal function and its constituencies to address the complexities associated with eDiscovery and information governance, through the delivery of a thorough set of services.Work you ll do:Utilize Data Management Technology Center (DMTC) eDiscovery applications and internal systems.Perform quality checks per documented processesExecute and support the setup, loading and usage of databases for project delivery teams, document review teams, counsel, or other related parties.Identify and escalate issues as encounteredPerform analysis of data when issues are encounteredValidate data throughout processes and update documentationAssist the team in identifying areas of process improvement.Prepare client data deliverablesWork flexible schedules to meet project deadlinesThe TeamAs part of the Data Management Technology Center (DMTC) You will join a team of professionals focusing on increasing the capacity, quality, and efficiency of e-file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a dedicated environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Analytic & Forensic Technology practice and help drive the success of the DMTC. Each team performs the work as well as quality check points. Typically, each team has a first, second and weekend shift representative. The DMTC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation.
