We are an established management company looking for an On-Site Manager to perform basic management functions at our Mobile Home Park.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Answering prospective tenant phone calls
-Showing vacant units
-Filing weekly reports
-Collecting and depositing rent
-Posting any necessary tenant-related notices
-Scheduling maintenance calls for occupied units
-Inspecting vacant units to verify repairs have been completed
The ability to use a smartphone or computer to send reports and email pictures is required.
Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
