Looking for sub-contractors with experience in property preservation.
Must have your own equipment and locks to complete the jobs on time.
Job description includes, but not limited to, removing debris from inside and outside of properties, mowing, trimming shrubs and removing the clippings, winterizing and completely cleaning the interior of the property.
Must have the necessary equipment such as a truck, trailer, mower and lawn equipment, cleaning supplies and equipment.
You must have an iPhone or Android smartphone since we require the use of an App to complete orders and submit photos.
MUST have an active General Liability Insurance policy and Workers' Comp/Workers' Comp Exemption from the state.
