Immediate opening for an experienced auto mechanic. ASE certification, a/c and welding experience desired along with experience inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing vehicles. We are a full service shop and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. Must be a team player, have a valid driver's license and tools. Open Monday - Saturday, closed Sunday.
Pay based on experience
Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
Understand and explain routine vehicle maintenance
Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Create great customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a mechanic
Knowledge of shop equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
You've got to genuinely enjoy helping people and also have a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy.
