Apply NowOrthoTennessee is hiring for full-time Patient Accounts/Coding at theUT location. This role is responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivables (A/R) management at a particular practice location. Monitors all accounts with either a delinquent patient or insurance balance as part of the process of collecting past due balances from patients or resolving claim rejection problems with insurance companies. As part of the billing and collection process, reviews and monitors various reports including but not limited to clearinghouse reports, claims rejections reports, credit balance reports, collection agency reports, and A/R aging reports. Routinely performs some or all of the following duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor or Director.
Experience with Surgical EOB’s is preferred.
