Customer Service representative to work with existing sales team. Job duties to include continued communications with customers and sales team. Order entry and order follow up. Manage and assist a minimum of 2 sales people. Work with sales and customers to make the ordering process run smoothly and create and exceptional sales experience. Must be comfortable dealing with customers in person as well as through the phone and e-mail. Must have basic computer skills and be a people person. This is a fast paced environment and often working with deadlines. Must have a good attention to detail and follow through. Training period is approximately 6-8 weeks. Looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail oriented person.
