Results is an industry leader in clinical education and has unique value proposition for patients and physicians. What our Physical Therapists do makes a difference in the lives of our patients each and every day. Our Sales and Marketing Representatives (Account Managers) act as a liaison between physician offices, their patients, community groups, and Results’ physical therapy clinics. The majority of this role is spent in education and promotion of the unique services that Results offers to physicians through office visits, scheduled meetings, programs, and other educational seminars. We look for individuals who are “influencers” that have the ability to change referral habits and have a passion for bettering lives. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of sales experience, or a background in Kinesiology and/or Physical Therapy, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships and change referral patterns. In addition, a key component of the role will be working in a collaborative approach with our clinical leaders in developing and successfully executing a marketing plan for individual clinics and the market as a whole. There is also time spent developing referral relationships with different community partners such as community and sporting groups and fitness establishments. This role allows critical patient feedback to be organized between the Results clinicians and our physician partners where necessary. Call on medical providers with the potential to refer patients to physical therapy Service and follow-up with potential and established referral sources to determine and implement steps to increase patient referrals. Meet with potential and established referral sources at key times in order to increase referral opportunities. Study and implement current and new sales/marketing initiatives based on company developments and medical condition literature. Discuss patient outcomes with key providers through direct conversation and distribution of patient evaluation and progress notes. Distribute company and medical condition literature to potential and current referral sources. Work closely with the district and lead therapists to effectively use their clinical knowledge to enhance provider relationships. Work closely with support staff and therapists to attain information on patient progress & outcomes, reported issues from providers, patients, therapists, and opportunities they discover. Then appropriately work with manager/director(s) on “next steps” that should be taken. Report back to manager/directors(s) on positive and negative feedback that is directly attained. Identify, organize and implement presentations and meetings with professional, medical, community groups, businesses and organized teams to further the direct access and medical referral opportunities for the company in assigned area/region. Help identify opportunities for medical and community advertising that would most effectively assist in reaching out to providers and community. (ie. Professional publications, participation in professional or community societies, radio/tv/print advertising, sponsorships) Organize and manage daily/weekly/monthly marketing schedule for achievement of bi-monthly referral target numbers. Meet with manager/directors(s) on a defined schedule to discuss area/regional challenges, opportunities, outcomes, current and new marketing messages, and review of current status. Report on activities in defined area/region through methods defined by manager/director(s). Including but limited to:Positive and negative interactions opportunities for previous week

Tracking of positive and negative referral trends for previous month/quarter

Creation of call-cycle overview for upcoming month.

Keep accurate records of expenses incurred for company and submit reconciliation of expenses on a monthly basis. Attend scheduled sale/marketing team meetings. Including active involvement and contributions to conversations and intellectual development of the group. Attend scheduled reviews with manager/director(s) for assessment of performance. Travel to outlying clinics in defined area/region as deemed necessaryTraveling, including overnight stays, if necessary, will be required from time to time

Motivation for sales and meeting sales goals Prior experience in business to business sales preferred Extensive background in Kinesiology and/or physical therapy Established relationships with key providers/groups in the defined area/region preferred Excellent prospecting, sales closing, and customer service skillset Professional presentation skillset Excellent organizational skills along with established professional written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational and analytical skillset with the ability to analyze and make recommendations for improved region/area development Excellent proactive leadership skillset Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to travel to clinics within specified region as well as occasional trips outside of that area if necessary.
