Program Intern, Talent Management

Are you a graduate student passionate about applying psychological principles to the workplace? Pilot Company is seeking a Talent Management Intern to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence our selection and talent processes. In this role, you will be a key player on our Talent Management team. Your work will focus on improving the operational efficiency of our selection and assessment processes, including how we evaluate individuals for hiring and development. Your contributions will help streamline our systems and ensure our processes are aligned with the evolving needs of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Support initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and alignment of selection and assessment processes with organizational needs Assist with building a skills framework that helps with career pathing, selection and assessment  Gain exposure to other areas of Talent Management such as performance management and succession planning Support the team with projects that require data analysis, research and critical thinking
