Seeking compassionate physician partner to provide Addiction Treatment services, including Suboxone prescribing. Excellent opportunity to fill a flexible schedule for physician who currently works part time or Locum schedule.
General responsibilities include: Assessing and treating patients with addiction. Prescribe and follow appropriate course of treatment for addiction patients.
Urine Screens, toxicology will be performed by an existing experienced office staff.
Qualifications: Certification to practice addition treatment (or willingness to obtain), DEA Certification, Valid Tennessee License in good standing, Malpractice Insurance
