Responsibilities
Assists residents with activities of daily living such as dressing and personal hygiene.
Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments in-hours, activity and social programs.
Provides daily range of motion exercises, as instructed.
Checks residents vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed.
Serves food in the dining room in a way that promotes a pleasant and dignified environment and performs after meal care for residents and records intake, as instructed.
Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
Requirements
Must have a current CNA certification in the state of Tennessee.
