Searching for a house keeper who can clean in the middle of the day between 11am and 3pm each day. Must be able to clean quickly and thoroughly. Would be good for stay at home mom, whose children are in school, or someone retired who wants to bring in extra side income.
The house will be rented on AirBnB and VRBO and you will occasionally need to interact with a guest in a manner which promotes amazing customer service. There also may be times when you must go to the house to help a guest fix a minor problem such as replacing a lightbulb or cleaning up a small mess. Must be able bodied and able to lift 30lbs.
I would highly prefer someone who already lives in or near South Knoxville, as occasionally you will need to go to the house to help a guest and need to be no more than 20 minutes away. Also, the more open your availability, the better. Each day the cleaning will primarily be between 11am and 3pm and rarely deviate from this schedule. I would prefer someone who can work at least 4 days every week.
