Volunteer Research Group in Knoxville, TN. is currently seeking adults ages 18 - 65 with Type II Diabetes for a clinical research study.
Participants must be willing to stay overnight in the study center for 3 days and 2 nights and complete up to 12 clinic visits. Compensation up to $3,712 may be available for time and travel.
NOW SCHEDULING SCREENINGS PRE-SCREENS!
This will consist of height/weight, vitals, urine drug screen test, brief medical history, and blood draw. It will not take very long and you will be compensated $25 for this pre-screen if you complete the above & pass your urine drug screen test.
To participate you must: Be between the ages: 18 - 65
Have a BMI between 18 - 45
Diagnosis of Type II Diabetes & on stable treatment for the past 6 weeks
Be able to pass a urine drug screen test
Cannot be taking insulin or prednisone
Women must be post-menopausal or sterile (hysterectomy or ovarian failure)
No History of Hepatitis B, C, or HIV
