Penguin Chillers is now hiring for a part-time Fabrication Technician. This position consists of working with refrigeration equipment, sheet metal, plumbing, and electrical components to complete the fabrication and assembly of water and glycol chillers.
Our market is fairly unique and do not expect to find applicants with chiller manufacturing experience. We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional that understands the refrigeration side and we can teach the rest.
Although the position is open to anyone with the experience we are looking for - this a is perfect position for a retired HVAC professional looking for a part-time job. Ideally looking for 15-28 hrs a week total. Flexible with the schedule, between 2 - 5 days, 4-8hr shifts.
Requirements:
10+ yrs experience working with / trouble shooting refrigeration systems
Attention to detail
Self Starter
Drug Free and willingness to submit for drug screening
Excellent Communication Skills
Professional Appearance and work ethic
