We are looking for a resourceful, self-started with a high digital-iq. Some that is dependable, a great communicator, organized and can multitask a variety of projects without missing a beat. You will work alone and collaborate with teams and will be asked to create content (graphic, written, photos, social, video), work all aspects of merchandising, digital and retail marketing, PR and branding. We want someone who is ready to take on new tasks and grow and learn with the company.

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate merchandising projects with retail partners while working with vendors from conception to deliverable ” staying on tight timelines, juggling several projects at once. This role will create content and work on various aspects of digital marketing, retail marketing, trade merchandising, PR, and branding.

Essential Functions:

Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, multitasking a range of projects from creation to end-deliverables

Facilitate retail point-of-purchase (POP) projects including creating, sampling, circulating through retail procedures and process for graphics, displays, signage, and packaging ending with successful execution of those pieces in retail environments

Create and coordinate marketing collateral in various retail and digital outlets while maintaining brand standards and guidelines

Use of strong writing skills to create content for marketing materials and communication

Maintain marketing collateral including purchasing and inventory

Able to learn, then do on own

Receptive to feedback; able to problem solve

Previous administrative or office experience ideal

Recommend Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in relevant field

Three (3)+ years of relevant experience preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

High digital IQ; Able to use systems like Google Suite, Slack, Basecamp, Dropbox, Wordpress, WooCom, Indesign, Illustrator, Amazon Backend, Social Media, Retail Portals Backend, Excel, with ability to learn new tech-programs quickly and easily

Graphic Design, Videography, Photography, Adobe Suite - a bonus!

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office, within a warehouse. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear or see. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers, and reach with arms (up to 8 hours per day).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Travel:

Travel is not required for this position.
