Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams is looking for one full-time employee to work in production. Must willing to work in both hot (smokehouse and occasionally outdoors) and cold (applying cure to hams and pork bellies in a cooler) environments. We are in Madisonville, TN on Hwy 411 just a few minutes southwest of Fort Loudon State Historic Park, and we're open Monday through Saturday.

We are a small and locally-owned company of 15-20 employees, but we're fortunate to have a loyal national customer base made up of both chefs at great restaurants from New York City to Napa Valley and bacon and ham-loving members of the general public.
