Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains is hiring a front desk director at the Seymour Branch. The applicant must be organized, outgoing and flexible. The position is part-time with 25 hours Monday-Friday during the school calendar but full time during the summer when school is out. The front desk director will report directly to the Branch Director.
General Description:
Under the supervision of the Branch Director, the Front Desk Director is responsible for managing the Front Desk of the branch; this includes membership registration, renewal, managing payments, maintaining a membership database and parent files. Provide accurate and up-to-date program, activity and event information. Greet parents and visitors, take payments and assist with questions. Manage Member Tracking System, daily tracking of members and programs.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of entry area, lobby, and desk. Other duties may be assigned by the Branch Director.
Qualifications:
-Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
-Applicant must pass a background check
-Applicant must pass a drug test
-Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED
