Wholesale HVAC Counter Sales Position
Refco Supply, a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and parts, has a full-time career opportunity for counter sales available at our Knoxville, TN branch. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who possesses good customer service, sales, and communication skills.
HVAC and/or wholesale sales experience/knowledge is required.
Job Description: Counter Sales
General Summary: Counter Sales position. The duties include answering telephone calls, locating items, servicing customers, using a computer to generate invoices, loading item(s) in customer's vehicle and delivering product to customer location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Wears approved company uniform; neatly groomed at all times.
2. Answers telephone calls.
3. Greets customers as they enter the branch.
4. Maintains self-service area.
5. Uses all available resources to locate product for customers.
6. Pulls customer orders from warehouse and loads branch and customer vehicles using safe material-handling procedures.
7. Produces and completes accurate paperwork including but not limited to invoices and C.O.D.'s.
8. Ensures all product leaving the branch is billed.
9. Uses/maintains counter notebook.
10. Properly processes all warranties.
11. Performs warehouse duties whenever necessary.
12. Handles customer returns properly.
13. Other duties as assigned.
