Gemstore Jewelry Sales Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer experiences, building a loyal customer base, achieving personal and event sales goals as well as Jewel Safe goals. They will maintain an active client book, collect email addresses to support social media growth and achieve new customer generation goals.
The Gemstore currently has a full-time and part-time position available. Both positions do require Saturday availability. Gemstore Sales Associates will work 4 days a week from 9:00am-7:00pm except, during holidays and major events were hours increase â FT. The PT position is 2 to 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:
â¢Assist customers, build client base, suggestive sales
â¢Assist in ordering product and merchandising showcases
â¢Inventory control
â¢Sending Thank you, birthday and anniversary cards
â¢Growing a special order and jewelry repair business
â¢Daily operational needs
Requirements:
â¢High School diploma or equivalent
â¢Prior POS terminal experience is preferred
â¢Previous Customer Service is preferred
â¢Excellent Attendance Record
â¢Ability to Engage Customers
â¢Must be capable of continually standing for an 8 hour shift
â¢Ability to lift 20lbs
