We help low-mid income seniors get qualified for state regulated financial assistance programs, which provide free or heavily discounted prescription, dental and vision benefits. We specialize and get paid by making sure people's funerals, cremations or any final medical bills will not fall onto their children or siblings. You will be helping them into a plan which locks in their price and will pay their family, no matter how old they live until. They are qualified based on their health and their prescription history.
No other industry in sales competes with the stability and strength of the final expense industry and here's why.
1. It's recession proof- In 2008 and 2012 while most industries took a loss, ths industry increased it's sales!
2. It's a commodity item, so you're not having to SELL the client or get them in the mindset of "Oh, I do need that." They already know they need it
3. It's the largest commissionable, one call close
4. Residual income, you're paid every year as long as client continues to pay
5. The client requests the information, no need for cold calling
6. More of an educational process, than a sales process
7. You're dealing with lower income, individuals and if you know your stuff and you're likable let's just say it's much different than dealing with an affluent middle or upper class prospect
8. Surrounded by people who can and will show you bank deposits of 10k+ monthly
Seniors ages 50-85 fill out lead cards, sign them and mail them back and we bring the leads to see them. The most effective way is to put the leads in a route planner, and go knock the door, show them your identification, credentials and their signature on the card.
You are responsible for setting the appointment and meeting with these individuals. The average commission is $500 (any given house is over $1,000) and sitting with 3-5 individuals is possible every single day.
You will have hands on, local training and work personally with multiple six & seven figure earners, providing you with the best opportunity to gain comfort in this new field quickly.
In home sales experience is a plus, but not required. However, currently we are only accepting applications for those with sales backgrounds.
