Immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician for 100 unit property in Powell TN. One year of experience in general building and/or plant maintenance preferred. Preferred experience in a specialty area, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. High school diploma, GED or equivalent requirement is preferred. Ability to diagnose and problem-solve; ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, visitors and vendors. Ability to use power tools and follow directions as required. Knowledge of cleaning, buffing, waxing, sweeping and similar janitorial activities. Must learn and apply agency and personnel policies and procedures, fire and safety codes, appropriate federal, state and local regulations and OSHA regulations. Excellent benefits package.
