Operations Team Leadto contribute to our

Operationsteam in

La Vergne, TN.An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run a department. This position will be apart of our Color Room department at Lightning Source.

What You'll Need:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience with PC based applications
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operation environment

What You'll Do:

• Trainand develophourly associates
• Actas the department contact for all warehouse systems issues and questions
• Providedirection and leadership to associates
• Identify, communicate, and ensureall quality and productivity standards are met within the department
• Researchissues, problems, or concerns and recommendsolutions
