Accounting firm in Southaven, MS is looking to hire a Quickbooks and bookkeeping specialist in support of client portfolio. Primary duties include inputting data received in various forms into QuickBooks software to generate monthly financial statements to clients. Other duties may include payroll support, quarterly payroll tax form preparation, and administrative duties as needed. Other functions may include entry-level income tax work and supporting delivery of income tax returns to clients as seasonal needs dictate. QuickBooks experience is a must. Additionally, must have strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. A degree is not required but is a plus. Must be comfortable working in a team-based environment and flexible enough to support shifting work demands.
