Under general supervision, drives processes, manages risk, and promotes continuous improvement throughout the organization. Applies Agile methodologies. Responsible for overseeing business and technical requirements development, effort and cost estimates, scheduling, design, implementation, testing, approvals, user documentation and customer deliverables.

• Perform the role of chief Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives or programs / release trains
• Practices the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practices continuous improvement
• Support and educate Product Owners, especially regarding developing, refining and managing product backlog
• Provides coaching of team members, Product Owners, Product Development Team, other Scrum Masters and PM community
• Facilitates system demos, planning, and retrospectives
• Ability to influence change at all levels
• Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress
• Manage and optimize the flow of value
• Escalate and track impediments
• Summarize the PI objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
• Manage and provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, milestone delivery, audit compliance
• Manage conflict amongst team members
