Partner with the VP, Agronomy and drive key priorities
Will be “Second in Command” in decision making
Build operational and execution-oriented plans (largely in PowerPoint and Excel) to execute on key priorities (current and not limited to) building and achieving Commercial sales goals
Work across the Agronomy teams, commercial organization, GeoInnovation, Systems Innovation and key executives to align Agronomy initiatives
Facilitate project management-oriented process to deliver on Agronomy goals and objectives within the Agronomy department and across other functions dependent of agronomy support.
Manage the annual budget process
Manage the 5-year business plan development in coordination with commercial strategy and corporate development
Partner VP, Agronomy and develop vision and lead execution of strategy
Help refine the vision and roadmap for Agronomy function
Lead analyses and support to make key decisions
Lead the development and execution of various Agronomy initiatives
Manage projects with multiple cross-functional teams across the Boston and Memphis offices to execute on key Agronomy initiatives
Develop new business cases, own the development, and manage the development
Implement key strategic initiatives, core to Indigo’s vision and lead evaluation of key assets with a focus on bringing the CEOs vision and the company mission to life
Work closely with Strategy and Business Development to lead and VP, Agronomy highly effective strategic planning processes that result in clear directives for the Agronomy business unit
Work with all business stakeholders involved in the projects underway within Agronomy and has a strong understanding of Agronomy’s impact across the organization.
Leads project check-ins with cross functional stakeholders and reporting out on project progress and potential risks.
Establishes relationships with all key stakeholders, and can articulate their pain points and needs from Project Management
Collaborate with Commercial Strategy and complete a communication and implementation plan
Develops cohesive communication plan to ensure all agronomy functions are well-informed about progress in all relevant projects/initiatives
Transition projects to operations
Develop tools and templates to support Agronomy functions

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and succinctly with team members and leadership
Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills for all levels of the organization, from CEO to field staff
Able to draft first versions of presentations to support strategic initiatives with high quality
High level of accountability and follow-through
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to requirements to complete projects
Strong interest in Indigo’s mission and helping company to execute to achieve goals

Qualifications:
5-7 years experience implementing cross-functional projects.
Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and summarizing project plans
Proven aptitude for process improvement scaling business
Practical experience product launches in large matrix organizations with various functional stakeholders
Experience managing projects that impact a sales process
Background in industries such as: Pharma, Ag, Tech, food Production is a plus
Based in Memphis, TN, ability to travel up to 30%
