**MANAGER POSITION**

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for all aspects of management. Oversees management staff. Coordinates the planning, organization, and training necessary to achieve restaurant objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, communication & awareness, guest service & satisfaction, food quality, and sanitation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3-5 years of fine dining restaurant experience as a successful General Manager.


- Proven ability to manage and lead a great hospitality team.


- Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment.

- A cultural match (passionate, caring, people-focused/ top-line driven while balancing
