Experienced Certified Medical Assistant or LPN , to provide professional service in a Family Practice Doctors Office. The opportunity is challenging and a choice of Part time or Full time work. You must have worked in a Doctors office for at least 2 years.
2 to 4 years of college education with a degree preferred.
EMR/ EHR and Computerized Office work, along with Front Office experience is Required.
Medical Assisting Duties to at least Include :
-Complete Patient Triage (vitals, subjective exam, history, Review Of Systems)
-Phlebotomy
-Diagnostic Testing (EKG, Heart monitor , Pulmonary Function Testing etc)
-In Office Lab. Testing and giving injections
-Autoclaving
-Experience with scheduling, referrals and insurance verification
-Ability to Multi-Task successfully is essential as this is a busy/fast-paced position
-Filling Medical forms
-Training in HIPAA and OSHA
-Answering a multi-line phone system and taking accurate, detailed messages and handle them efficiently the same day.
-Scheduling Outpatient Diagnostic Tests and Hospital Admissions
-Referrals
FRONT Desk Experince to Include
-Patient check-in/check-out. Computerized
-Detailed Insurance Verification and some basic coding
-Filing and other administrative tasks
-Friendly and courteous and Professional attitude toward patients
-Some experience in Billing and collection
Keeping Office work areas Clean and organized.
All required Vaccinations record and training Certificates
Challenging Opportunity requiring Reliable Attendance and Professional performance.
Qualified candidate to start working in as early as 1 week.
(Six Months Probation with first 90 days temporary )
