Gentle Care Animal Hospital is looking for someone to join our high quality, energetic, and positive team! We are a fast-paced, multi doctor practice that is dedicated to providing the best medical and surgical care for our patients. The focus of our practice includes all aspects of companion animal medicine and surgery. Our clinic is also one of the few in this area that specialize in canine reproduction. Plus, we were the Clinic of the Year 2019 Memphis Most, and nominated top five again this year!
We are looking for a veterinary technician who is able to help us continue to provide gentle, compassionate care to our patients. Certified or highly experienced will be given preferential consideration.
He/She will help the doctor(s) in exam rooms, prepare and assist in surgery, monitor anesthesia, animal restraint, venipuncture, medication administration, perform clinical laboratory procedures, radiographs, and hospital maintenance duties. The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, a team player and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
