We are looking for dynamic Candidates for our Maintenance HVAC Tech Position
Position/Title: Maintenance Tech FLSA Status: Hourly, Full-Time
Department: Multi-Family Housing Location: Memphis, TN
Position Summary
Property Management firm has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Maintenance Tech. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and assist with the maintenance of the property.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must have prior maintenance experience in Multi-Family Housing
Experience in all aspects/phases of maintenance and construction.
HVAC a MUST
Strong skills in: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and drywall
Good communication skills
Can work independently with little supervision
Schedule and prepare unit turnovers, including all preparation work
Perform appliance repairs
Experience in conducting unit inspections
Maintain a clean property
Must have strong customer service skills
Must have own vehicle (truck preferred) and maintenance tools.
Must have at least three years' experience
Safety Requirements:
Required to observe company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual safety, in addition to avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co-workers, customers and property.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk the property daily
May include lifting up to 50 lbs.
