The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times and must be HVAC Certificated or Electrician or Plumber
Requirements and skills
Minimum 2 year maintenance experience
HVAC Certification Required or Electrician or Plumber
Strong Working knowledge of AC/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Sheetrock, Painting, Door Locks, Landscaping, General repairs, Appliances repair and Make ready scheduling.
Good customer service skills
Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
Must be courteous to residents and visitors
Ability to take call for emergencies after hours
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation with valid Driving Licence
GED/High School Diploma
Provide own tools
Description
Ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Completes work orders
Up-keep of all maintenance equipment and supplies
Ensure vacant apartments are turnkey within 5-7days.
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Hours are M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Alternating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends(in case of emergencies only)
Background check, references and drug screen will be completed on all positions.
