Apartment Community in Millington seeking full time leasing agent.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, internet inquiries and greeting customers immediately.
- Show prospective residents model, apartments available for rent.
- Process all application paperwork for approval.
- Handles all aspects of leasing apartments.
- Walk the property daily to inspect units and the general condition of the community.
- Preparing all legal documents needed for residents to sign prior to moving in.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Must have valid drivers licence
Experience includes but is not limited to:
