Seeking a professional property manager for a large 150+ complex with stable tenant base, no crime, in the south Memphis area.
This is a special project working for one out of state owner with a large rennovation project lead by an experience general contractor. A successful lease up project for the next 9 months resulting in 90% occupancy or above means a bonus and ongoing profit Sharing.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Onsite office and living quarters negotiable.
