Make money buying houses for us!
-We are a large volume, Memphis based house flipping and single family investment company is looking for a sales agent to work for us exclusively to source deals
-Approx 50/50 inside/outside office sales. Must be willing to (and not shy) go out into field and knock on people's doors when necessary.
-Be at office regularly (when not in field) and be a team player.
-You will use our proprietary software to source leads through pre-foreclosure w/equity, divorce, probate, and other motivated sellers and you will also receive leads from our marketing efforts
-Your job is to negotiate and buy houses for us from these leads.
-This is a full time exclusive job. We are not looking for freelance agents, etc.
-Active real estate license preferred and be willing to transfer to our brokerage (no commission split on any outside deals you do)
-Pay is $400/week draw and 2% commission on anything you buy
-Last year we did $30M in volume, most from foreclosure buys
Your skillset should include:
- Very good at technology, experience "actually" using CRM software
- Good phone skills, persistent follow up
- Presentable in person, likable, able to convince people to sell
