We are an experienced group of world class residential home inspectors. We are the areas largest and best home inspection company and we need inspectors to cover our Northern Mississippi and West Tennessee territories.
Set your own hours and don’t bother with the administration. We schedule your inspections, process payments and pay you a generous commission on each.
Send a resume and a short cover letter indicating that you are or have been a professional in the residential construction industry (contractor / inspector / appraiser / etc).
Professional usually means licensed, but always means that you and your transportation are sharp, clean and on-time. If that’s not you, please don’t apply.
Home Inspector Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, general contracting or trade (elec, hvac, plumbing) or other real-estate-related industry a must.
High School Diploma required. Additional training and licensing will be required to gain license.
Home Inspector Responsibilities:
Understand ASHI Standards
Be able to explain issues to buyers and agents without alarming them unnecessarily.
