Job Title: Help Desk

Location: Onsite in Memphis, TN

Duration: 3 month contract + potential to extend

Compensation: Highly competitive and negotiable

Required Experience:

  • Strong Technical Background (generally 1 - 2 years' experience)
  • Background in IT Hardware/ Software Support
  • Background in Linux
  • Help Desk or Call Center background would be ideal


Responsibilities:
  • General technical support for hardware/software issues
  • Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift
