We are seeking those that are professional and able to learn quickly because you can't make 100-200K a year moving slowly. What is the responsibility of an agent with FFL?
Prospects, presents solutions to clients, closes the deal.
Identifies, meets, and develops rapport with the client.
Stays in touch with client base.
Builds and maintains ongoing awareness of new products, and market data.
What skills do you need to be a member of the FFL team?
Reliability, honesty, and integrity.
Empathy and problem-solving ability.
Must have positive, healthy attitude
Work well with the team.
You must be energetic, a sales hunter with a thick skin.
Sales experience a plus but not a must.
Professionalism, high energy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to complete state licensing requirements.
