Conway Services of Memphis is seeking a Residential Comfort Advisor skilled in building positive relationships with customers, closing deals, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in the company and the community.
We are one of the largest National Home Services company in North America and we are seeking professionals willing to learn the In-Home-HVAC sales business. Our typical reps earn between $90-110k (our top performers have earned in excess of $300k).
The ideal person is responsible for understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs. A Comfort Advisor performs heat loss and heat gain load calculations; lays-out and designs HVAC systems; and has a general working knowledge of this industry.
